The Fox Chapel North Homes Association (HOA) is a residential community located in Germantown, Maryland (Montgomery County). It is a townhome sub-community within the broader Fox Chapel area. We are dedicated to helping to maintain the beauty, safety, and vibrant community spirit of the Fox Chapel North neighborhood. Established in 1972.

Fox Chapel North is a welcoming townhome community made up of six distinct courts:

Community Information and Resources

Board Meeting Information and Location:

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every other month at 7:00 PM in the conference room at the Plum Gar Community Recreation Center, located at 19561 Scenery Drive, Germantown, MD 20876.

For those who cannot attend in person, a Zoom link will be provided for each meeting. The link will be posted on our Facebook page and at the top of this website.

All members of the Fox Chapel North community are welcome to attend.

Sign up to receive emailed information and announcements. The HOA is building an email list of owners and residents to provide accelerated important community information. Official notices, such as Annual Meeting proxies and assessments, will continue to be mailed to homeowners at their address of record.

The schools for our community are as follows:

Elementary: Fox Chapel Elementary School

Middle: Roberto W. Clemente Middle School

High: Seneca Valley High School

Each unit has two designated parking spots in or near the front of the property. The spots are identified with the last two digits of the address of the home to which it is assigned. Additional parking is available on the street outside of the court.

To make a payment by check, send with coupon and envelope provided. The coupon has the mailing address on the reverse side. Otherwise make check payable to Fox Chapel North Homes and mail to Fox Chapel North Homes, c/o Allied Realty Corp., PO Box 60633, Phoenix AZ 85082-0633. Make sure to include your property address if you are not using a coupon. You can also make a payment by going online to propertypay.firstcitizens.com. You can even download the Property Pay app on your mobile phone for easy access.

If someone is parked in violation of set regulations or you need to contact the towing company because you have been towed, contact Grace Towing (240) 477-7191. They are available 24/7.
